Refund Policy

The following policies applies to all of Vivid Art Studioz services!

If in case a client wants to request for a refund and the work has not started, those customers can obtain a full 100% refund back. However, if incase the work has started and the client requests for a refund, their case shall go under evaluation and determine what the refund percentage should be in order to recover any expenses towards production.

Unlimited Revisions Policy

Vivid Art Studioz offers the standard industry revision rule, therefore all clients, despite the project shall be entitled to unlimited revisions until they are fully satisfied with the end results. Once the project has been considered successful and closed, the client will no longer have an opportunity to request for revisions and therefore if they want revisions, such revision shall be considered as a new order.
